RETURN POLICY

Fabric is  Not Returnable.   All sales are final.

(certain exceptions apply / as listed below)

Fabric Swatches cannot be returned, credited or exchanged.         

Our fabrics are all 1st quality, manufactured by Discovery Knitting in Great Britain, unless otherwise noted.

We inspect all our fabrics before shipping, and take great care to insure our customers receive fabric in
good condition.

 

If any fabric is ever received in a faulty condition, customer service must be contacted in writing
to arrange for a return authorization within the guidelines of our policies, for a choice of:

–          online store credit

–          refund

–          or exchange

Any claims for faulty fabric must be notified in writing within 3 to 5 business days after receipt.

Any refunds would be issued against original form of payment only.

Credits are only extended after receipt of the fabric by Discovery Knitting.

Any goods that have been cut, washed, printed or processed in any way are not eligible for any type of return – credit, refund or exchange.   Faulty fabric does not pertain to colour or hand feel.

We encourage customers purchase to a quality swatch prior to final purchase of material.

Please note: swatches represent quality only / not meant to represent actual colour of stock.

 

Any return fabric must be unused, in original condition, with proper protective packaging.

Original shipping charges are non refundable – will not be credited on returns.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any/all returns.

Do not return fabrics COD, as package will be refused.
